Kontoor Brands: Talent Partner: Become the Newest Member of Kontoor Brands
The role is Talent Partner and supports the Talent strategy in EMEA. The role will support the Organisational Effectiveness, Talent Management & Employee Experience. The role will focus on employee lifecycle experience, communication and talent management in order to engage the best talent. She/he will have a clear focus on identifying and retaining talents, talent mapping, succession planning, career paths and employee development. She/he will ensure a strong culture and employee experience across the region and ensure there is a sense of community between the employees, with engaging communication.
Supporting the Talent Management within Kontoor Brands across EMEA region. Liaise with the People Services team to ensure smooth onboarding process. Implement Employee Experience & Engagement activity for EMEA, including employee communications. Communication coordination (single voice to the employee) with all HR comms, including proactively speaking to the employees (eg. Focus Groups) Understand the employee experience cycle, through pulse surveys & regular employee touchpoints. Understand and work with global on the creation of culture & values, creating a sense of community Understand and implement diversity & inclusion action plans Partner with the business to implement global tools regarding Talent Mapping Update and support implementation of Succession Planning & Career Paths Support job rotation, assignments, graduate programs Accurate Management of HR systems. Ensuring seamless communication with HQ and within the countries. Support Global HR initiatives when needed e.g. Engagement Survey and ad-hoc projects. Reporting and Analysis of Talent indicators. Identifies areas that require improvement and propose actions.

Experience/Requirements: At least 5 years of Experience in HR including Talent Management, Communication, Employee Engagement/Experience, Administration. CIPD certification will be considered as a plus.
Language skills: Fluent English and second European Language will be considered as a plus
Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
Travel by air and overnight, as required 10% amount of time.
